I can help you with
Content strategy
I build targeted content hubs that capture actual buyers, cutting out the vanity keywords that inflate traffic reports without driving revenue.
Answer engine optimisation
Surfacing in AI suggestions takes a specific kind of semantic depth and entity relationships. Putting those in place is the work.
Site structure
A logical structure and clear link pathways, so crawlers and buyers can both find what they came for.
Programmatic SEO
Only where the data actually supports it. Most of the time it doesn't, and I'll tell you that.
Zero to one SEO and AEO for YC companies
I get early wins on the board before diving head first into strategy.

She matured Storylane's blog, built out our writing team and contributed significantly to our blog SEO strategy. We're ranking #1 vs our competitors because of a lot of the work she did.
Things founders ask me
Is it even worth publishing on our website anymore?
Yes. You still need one place that holds the canonical facts about your company. If you don't own that source, someone else's version of you becomes the answer.
Doesn't SEO take too long to produce results?
In a competitive category, yes. Three to six months is honest. AEO moves considerably faster with the right strategy, which is why I usually start there and let SEO compound behind it.
Can't we just get AI to write it?
You can, but without the right skills and context setting, you get generic output that's just content bloat.
Do we need backlinks first?
Backlinks still matter for Google, mostly once you're competing for terms where everyone's on-page is already good. Before that point they rarely move anything on their own.
For AEO it's mentions rather than links, because models weigh how often and how consistently you're described across sources, and an unlinked mention counts just as much. Either way I don't do link building or outreach.
How much of my time does this take?
A Loom and the odd Slack thread. Most of what I need already exists in your product, your support inbox, and your sales calls. I'll ask for access to those once, then get out of your way.
It's just me
I take on a few companies at a time and work directly with whoever owns growth. I write the briefs and the pages myself, so there's no handoff and nobody for you to manage.
Most weeks it's a Loom, a couple of Slack threads, and pages going live.
